I love swapping public transportation with my bike, and always adore taking part in the amazing Bikeminded tours! The Alice in Wonderland evening, currently on, was no doubt the most magical and enchanting one yet!

Beginning in the gorgeous Cremorne Gardens in SW10, the tour kicked off with some brilliant actors, playing the ukulele, and inviting us all to their little tea party in the garden area with lemonade and cupcakes and the start of Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland.

We were led through Kensington and Chelsea, and brought to the most unexpected places, where we were asked to sing songs, eat and throw candy and try some magical mushrooms that would lead us to the Duchess :)

From there we were brought to the gorgeous Holland Park (I had never really noticed just how gorgeous it really is) and were invited to the Mad Hatters tea party!

And then finally to play a game of croquet with the Queen of Hearts. Sanding in the cute little park among several peacocks, the King and Queen of Hearts, Alice and the Mad Hatter, it was like diving head first into a fairy tale.

The actors were brilliant and incredibly talented, and the biking gave the tale an exciting twist.

Lewis Carroll’s tale was brought to life in the most wonderful of ways, and as a lover of both Alice in Wonderland and biking through my home sweet home, this tour was the most amazing I have ever taken part in.

I can only highly recommend this evening of magic, madness and fun! The tour kicked off last night and is on till July 22nd, to purchase your tickets, simply click here.

Thank you so much Bikeminded and InTRANSIT Festival for organizing this stunning evening!
